IMC Awards 2017: Silver for the Smemoranda Campaign

 

The communication campaign “Rewrite history with Smemo“, created in the summer of 2016 by the LiveXtension agency for Smemoranda, won the silver prize at the IMC Awards 2017, in the Small Budgets category, dedicated to campaigns that succeeded in reaching the most extraordinary results with just a few thousand euros.

The campaign’s basic idea was that of re-interpreting with several short videos, in meme style, the theme of the  2016-2017 school diary “Free Composition”.

The videos, dedicated to  Leopardi, Dante Alighieri, Galileo, Napoleon, Manzoni, were circulated on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Snapchat, and recorded millions of views and interactions.
 

 
The award was assigned during the International GrandPrix Relational Strategies, organised by TVN Media Group in partnership with ASSOCOM and PR Hub, which celebrates the best relational marketing techniques.
